Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking a strong Technical Delivery Manager with good technical expertise, to be responsible for the quality of a highly scalable and distributed platform for one of the largest world-leading Auto mobile industry. 

You will be working as a key member of this collaborative team with a group of experts recognized around the world. This is an excellent opportunity to play a role as a key contributor in creating the next generation of network-centric distributed and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities :

GCP Kubernetes Development Environment

Enable developers to work locally and deploy with ease/automation Provision GCP sandbox and dev projects with working appdev pipelines. Determine Ford Credit’s unique cloud security and compliance requirements

DevSecOps Process & Automation

Implement pipelines leveraging Ford ITO ecosystem e.g., Rally, GitHub, Tekton, Terraform, Python, Springboot, etc.

MVP Execution

Create functional roadmaps and development and testing backlog Develop and test microservices and APIs (esignature, document upload, contract management, and interest rates)

Post-MVP Planning (through to Production)

Backlog Epics/Features for Development, Testing and Go-Live Readiness Align program workstream deliverables, dependencies and timing Go-Live to Prod MVPs, API Security, DR Patterns, Day 2 SRE, Security Incident Response

Agile Ceremonies - Daily Standup, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review

Co-ordination internally with the team on the development activities Clear & detailed Communication with internal & external stake holders in client organization on the new requirements End to End SDLC & Delivery Management Operations, Cost management, Timesheets

Requirements :

10-15 years of exp as a scrum master/project manager/delivery manager/program manager who has significant exp managing the project delivery related to Infra/Devops SDLC environment, GCP resource provisioning through IA/Terraform, Tekton CI/CD Pipelines, Java/microservices, Agile Delivery & SDLC, Project Planning & Resource Management

Leadership & Teambuilding, Communication & Interpersonal, Influencing and Negotiating,

Conflict Resolution, Stakeholder Management, Operations, Performance & project status reporting, Reasoning, Analytical Skills
