We are looking for a Legal Operations Specialist with a focus on Contract Management
with experience in reviewing and managing a variety of contracts for the provision of the
company’s services, in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws,
and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Contract management & Compliance:
  • Review of contracts with Clients / Vendors (EU, Switzerland, UK, US, Mexico, other
  • countries). Legal assistance during the contract negotiation (internal and external
  • communication, review of redlines, etc.)
  • The company’s contracts database support (work with contract management system)
  • Meetings with external attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss contracts and
  • related documentation
  • Research work and analysis of applicable law
  • Drafting and amending company’s Policies and similar documents
  • Assistance with other legal matters and company initiatives such as intercompany transactions and supporting documentation, audits, IP projects, employment, and corporate matters in countries where the company operates as well as new jurisdictions
  • Assistance with other interesting local and international projects Legal operations team is leading or involved in
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years in contract management (local and international contracts) / legal consulting/ experience in IT business consulting
  • Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
  • Experience in Client Contract Management and Vendor Contract Management is preferred (especially under the EU and UK laws)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general corporate business practices, government and commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices, and accounting and finance principles
  • Able to advise and interact with all levels of management
  • Able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using spreadsheets and Microsoft Word, easy learning
  • A Master’s degree in Law is required. International law degrees and certifications are preferred (EU, UK).
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of German or/and Spanish (preferred)
