HR Operations Specialist
Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Ukraine
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely and accurate management of HR data using internal systems (BambooHR, OpenAir, Jira) in cooperation with local and global team
- Prepare monthly reports for the finance department
- Maintaining a high level of data quality and providing on-demand reports where required
- Coordinating background checks according to the company policy
- Providing operational support to HR projects across the organization
- Work on improvement of HR policies
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Eagerness to work in an international environment and passion to develop in HR Administration
- 1+ years of related work experience (experience as HR Operation Specialist/HR Administrator)
- Good abilities to quickly learn and drive change in a highly dynamic environment
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Confident PC user (Google Workspace, HRIS)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
