Grid Dynamics, a global software services company driving enterprise-level digital transformation solutions for Fortune 1000 corporations, is looking for a Senior NodeJS Engineer with AWS or Azure cloud.

Our client is a luxury wellness resort and spa company that offers a range of services and programs designed to promote health, relaxation, and personal growth. The company has locations in several U.S. states as well as international locations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, modular, and reusable code
  • Innovate and enhance on-site functionality
  • Communicate effectively across desks, teams, and departments
  • Participate in agile development processes in SDLC, including sprint planning, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of JavaScript Core, NodeJs
  • Experience with AWS Lambda or Azure, and Serverless framework
  • Experience with version control and bug tracking systems
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good problem-solving skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity
  • Have experience in building at least one project from scratch
  • Experience with rolling out at least one project to production
  • Experience with developing unit tests on at least one project with not less than 30% coverage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity
