HR Administrator

Grid Dynamics is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our expanding HR team.  This is an exciting time to join our company as we continue our significant growth trend.

Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records: updating and processing employee benefits, employment status and similar records
  • Assist in development, implementation, and maintaining the employee handbook, HR policies, and procedures
  • Prepare, amende and maintain all employee documentation and employee personnel files
  • Updating internal HR databases and tools
  • Administer the compensation and benefit program
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Answering employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Communicating with external partners and vendors
  • Provide administrative support for HR department
  • Providing support to the onboarding process
  • Provides administrative support to the Global Mobility Department
  • Providing support to the onboarding process
Requirements :
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field of study (preferred)
  • 2+ years experience as an HR administrator
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Office and Google Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with change in a highly dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Service and delivery approach
  • Fluency in the English language
