HR Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a teammate to strengthen our HR Operations team.

The ideal candidate shall be an experienced HR administrator or HR Operations specialist with an understanding of different models of cooperation with internationally dispersed personnel.

You will work with multiple geographies globally and will be supported by a functional lead with a legal background.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing documents flow related to employees lifecycle in the Company;
  • Keeping documents template library up to date and ensure only the latest approved documents versions are being used;
  • Research foreign employment, social security, benefit systems and being able to ask the right questions from advisors in relevant spheres;
  • Communication with external vendors on HR related matters;
  • Communication with and assistance to Company personnel in remote locations;
  • Build sustainable and efficient cooperation with other organizational units of the Company with focus on automation, improving procedures and policies, workflows;
  • Keeping global and local HR internal policies and procedures up to date, manage their implementation (foreign local and global ones);
  • Ensuring 100% HR compliance in foreign remote locations;
  • Documenting HR processes and procedures;
  • Working in service desk issues management system;
  • Administration of HRIS (Bamboo HR) and controlling the data quality in it;
  • Executing other tasks assigned by line manager;

Requirements:

  • Eagerness to work in a global role
  • Passion to develop in HR Operations and to support fast growth
  • 4+ years of related work experience
  • General understanding of employment framework and practices
  • Fluent English — both verbal (conference calls will be a daily routine) and written (main work language)
  • Confident PC user (MS Office, google-docs, HRIS)
