Ongoing technology initiatives to support the global Real Rewards loyalty program, loyalty engine, and tools to manage the program. Loyalty team owns Loyalty Portal (internal tool for managing customer service and loyalty programs) and loyalty part. The goal is to drive Loyalty project to technical excellence by implementing near real time communication with different systems.
