Our customer is one of the world's largest technology companies based in Silicon Valley with operations all over the world. On this project, we are working with bleeding-edge big data technologies to develop a high-performance data analytics platform, which handles petabytes of data. We are looking for an enthusiastic and technology-proficientSenior Robustness Analysis Researcher.
Responsibilities :
- Uncover and analyze potential risks and vulnerabilities embedded within LLM features, with a keen focus on understanding variations across different populations and model input types.
- Employ innovative strategies such as red teaming, involving the intentional elicitation of harmful outputs, coupled with meticulous data collection and experimental assessments to comprehensively evaluate potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with and empower team members and testers by sharing offensive techniques and approaches, amplifying the effectiveness and scalability of AI red teaming initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate risks, leveraging a combination of testing methodologies to ensure continuous progress and resilience.
- Pioneering research efforts into new and emerging threats, such as prompt injection, to continually enrich organizational knowledge, enhance the efficacy and accuracy of red teaming, and stay at the forefront of relevance in the rapidly evolving landscape.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning principles, particularly within the realm of Large Language Models (LLMs), showcasing a mastery of the evolving landscape.
- Proven experience in uncovering vulnerabilities, executing anomaly detection strategies, or engaging in red teaming exercises, highlighting a penchant for staying one step ahead in the security domain.
- Specialized expertise in addressing bias, discrimination, and other safety concerns inherent in AI and ML systems, showcasing a commitment to responsible and ethical development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to seamlessly collaborate across internal and external organizations, and effectively lead virtual teams.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and expertise in the evolving technological landscape.
