Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist

We are seeking Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for leading a team and implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions for our clients, including reporting and portal capabilities.

You will be working with the largest Credit card processor in the world. It invented electronic payment-clearing credit card transactions It processes 65000 credit card transactions every second of every day.

Essential functions

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions according to client requirements, including portal configurations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and other reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues.
  • Assist in the design and development of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage SSIS packages.
  • Conduct system testing and user training.
  • Document system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and features.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including portal configuration and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, functionality, integration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics, Portal, and SSIS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Would be a plus

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
