If you would like to start your career in IT Recruitment, if you are thrilled to dive deeper into technologies and roles in IT, work with different sourcing tools and systems, and learn how to build a sourcing strategy to find the best talents - we encourage you to apply! We are looking for an Intern that will support our recruiting activities.

You’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running.

Essential functions

  • Assisting recruiters at all stages of the hiring process
  • Scheduling technical interviews
  • Preparing candidates' CVs
  • Working with database - adding contacts from events, updating candidates' profiles
  • Posting jobs on our career website and other job boards
  • Maintaining data quality in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Searching for candidates via different channels according to the job requirements
  • Communication with candidates

Qualifications

We are looking for a person who is proactive, hardworking, multitasking, sociable, attentive to details, and able to meet deadlines.

English: Upper-intermediate level is a must!

Would be a plus

A basic understanding of IT technologies and roles, sourcing tools, and the full recruitment cycle is highly appreciated.
