Global Mobility Coordinator

Wroclaw, Poland

We are looking for a Global Mobility Coordinator to support relocations and transfers in our Polish offices.

Essential functions

  • Coordinate process for the international relocations and transfers with focus on Poland from start to finish
  • Act as a main point of contact for managers, recruiters, HRs and employees throughout the process of relocation, transfer, obtaining visas, documents legalizing stay and work.
  • Support and participate in the process of preparation and obtaining documentation for legal work and stay in Poland for non-Polish citizens (Work Permit, Temporary residence permit, decision change, renewal, maintenance of status).
  • Track and register statuses of visa obtaining process and other documents, reporting issues/impediments and providing solutions/actions on a regular basis
  • Maintaining employee documentation throughout the whole employment cycle, keeping internal systems up to date
  • Communicate corporate policies to employees and enforce compliance regarding immigration issues
  • Train local office staff on Global Mobility policies and procedures
  • Provide Mobility-related expertise to local office talent acquisition team, HR Partners, HR team members
  • Maintain internal systems (e.g., Jira, Wiki) to ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date. Working closely with team members and Global Mobility Manager to develop and improve existing programs, policies, processes
  • Monitor additional aspects of the Global Mobility program to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position/department

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English language
  • Experience in coordinating process of international moves to Poland
  • Knowledge of Polish legislation related with employment of foreigners in Poland
  • High level of quality work, attendance, and appearance
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication including tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams
  • Ability to perform multiple complex tasks
  • Good reporting skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Experience in Travel, HR, Customer Service, Global Mobility or Administrative role 

Would be a plus

  • Experience of work with US visas
