Senior Data Analyst

Our customer is one of the world's largest technology companies based in Silicon Valley with operations all over the world. On this project, we are working with bleeding-edge big data technologies to develop a high-performance data analytics platform, which handles petabytes of data. We are looking for an enthusiastic and technology-proficient SeniorData Analyst, who is eager to participate in design and implementation of a top-notch big data solution that will be deployed at a massive scale.
Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for data quality root cause & impact analysis, data validations, and data profiling for analytics engineering projects.
- The position requires excellent communication skills and experience working directly with creative and technology teams as well as a wide array of business stakeholders. Being able to present findings in a meaningful and clear way is also a must.
- The position requires a hands-on, get-the-job-done, attitude. It requires the ability to listen, learn and extend learnings to the entire interactive organization.
- You understand analytics and know-how to help other people understand the importance of analytics.
- You understand and drive issues to conclusion.
Requirement :
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Big Data platforms (e.g. Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience in SQL, Python, Splunk, Relational DB (e.g. Presto/Teradata).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau) and Excel, Keynote for data analysis and presentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, curious and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Media data is a plus.
