  • 2+ year experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing

  • Experience with writing for different audiences

  • Ability to design and organize documentation sets

  • Strong expertise in one technology/solution strategically important to the company

  • Staying aware of trends and new tools and technologies in the technical writing industry
