Talent Acquisition Specialist
Yerevan, Armenia
Responsibilities:
- Search, selection, and communication with candidates
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Developing a recruiting pipeline
- Regular reporting to recruitment lead and hiring managers
- Creation of job descriptions and job advertisements
- Coordination and communication with staffing agencies
- Onboarding and adaptation of newcomers
- Participating in other HR projects (recruiting events, IT conferences, job fairs, etc.)
Requirements:
- 4+ years in IT-recruiting
- Thorough understanding of employment and labor laws
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Service and delivery approach
- A high level of self-motivation and proactivity is required
- Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate through any communication/language gaps or barriers; work productively and professionally with any level of business resources
